For the past several months we have been discussing together the meaning of covenant and creating a covenant framework to put into practice in community. As a result of this process we realized the need to express our corporate spirituality that would give meaning and depth to our covenant with one another. The following statement is the result of a community process in defining our spirituality.
The WMF Argentina community centers its spirituality on Jesus Christ and the poor with whom He particularly identifies. Our spirituality is lived out in our common rhythms of life that seek to respond to the love of God for those who are excluded and poor in Buenos Aires. We believe that hospitality is a vital expression of our corporate spirituality lived through our desire to lovingly welcome those seeking a deeper relationship with God and others.
