Cami Sigler was raised in Colorado and New Mexico by loving parents. She learned of God's love from her beloved grandmother. Cami accepted Jesus as her compassionate Savior in high school. She studied missions and education at Biola University. Cami has had the opportunity to teach in Namibia, Papua New Guinea, and Garden Grove California. Since college, she has lived in Christian community with wonderful friends.
After completing her Servant Team in Nepal, Cami joined Word Flesh and has been serving in Sierra Leone, West Africa since July 2003. Cami works with a dynamic local initiative called Lighthouse, which assists youth in getting off the streets and into skills training or traditional academic programs. She also helps to facilitate a Good News Club for small children in Kroo Bay slum.
