Continue to pray for all of our SB ladies and their families. Pray for each woman’s health, safety and provision.
Also continue to pray for all of our staff and their families. Pray for wisdom for our staff as they continue to lead and serve the SB ladies, and that they will grow in their leadership abilities, wisdom, and understanding of God’s love as they continue to serve and pour out their lives for others.
Pray for Radha and Upendra’s son Lucky, that God will protect him and keep him healthy.
Pray for Radha as she takes her final exam in April. Pray that all the effort and hard work she has put in to studying will bear fruit and that she will be able to graduate!!
Pray for SB’s new training ladies! Pray that they will have the courage and perseverance to make it through the six months of training! Pray that they will believe that freedom for themselves and their families is possible!
Pray for one of our ladies who is finally regaining strength after a year of struggle with sickness. Pray that she will continue to gain weight, take her medicines, and walk in hope!!!
Pray for the children of one of our friends who recently passed away. Pray that we will have wisdom in where to admit them for boarding school, and that all three kids (two boys and a girl) will be able to attend the same school. Pray that God would reveal himself to them and that they would know that they are loved.
Pray for Melissa Hayward and Sheila Yoder ,our two newest North American staff members, who arrived this month! Pray for an easy transition into their new life, and for peace to rest on them as they settle in. Pray also for their travels to Bangladesh for 4 months of language learning.
Pray for our SB department heads and managers, as they continue to take on more responsibilities and learn what it means to lead and manage day to day business tasks. Pray for confidence and wisdom as they grow in their roles. And pray for Upendra and Gita as they develop and grow each of these women.
Pray for some of our ladies’ sons who are struggling with their health. Pray for wisdom for the doctors to know how to helps and what the best treatment is. Pray that these women would learn during these times how to call on God for peace in the midst of their worry!
Pray for a year of SB production increases!!! Pray for the ladies who sew on the machines, that they will grow in confidence and increase in their skill in order to sew the best quality products!
Continue to pray for both North American and Bengali staff, that we will grow in unity and love for one another, that we will continue to learn how to walk in the peace and joy that Christ offers and that we will be filled with God’s love as we serve around the city, even in the midst of the hardest situations.
Continue to pray for the brothel visitation ministry. Pray for the visitation staff and the women we visit each week. Pray that God would continue to open doors into new areas of the red light district and give favor to us as we connect and deepen existing relationships. Pray for the girls to have the confidence and courage to leave the trade and come to SB! Pray that God would break the lies that say they are incapable of doing any other work. Pray also for creativity as we seek to advance and develop this aspect of the ministry.
